The 3rd International Adana Flavor Festival will bring Adana cuisine to Mediterranean countries with the theme of the Great Mediterranean Feast on October 4 – 6.
Italy, Malta, Lebanon, TRNC, Spain, France, Tunisia, Morocco, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania and Greece, as well as chiefs from the Mediterranean countries and South Korea, as well as Gaziantep and Hatay will be a guest city in Adana.
The 3rd International Adana Flavor Festival will host important names such as Dario Cecchini, Juan Jose López, Nihad Mamaledzija, Christian Plumail, Rafram Chaddad, Altin Prenga and Anissa Helou. Famous chefs such as Cüneyt Asan, Hazer Amani, Danilo Zanna, Ebru Baybara Demir, Eyüp Kemal Sevinç and Yunus Emre Akkor, who are among the most important names of our country, will meet the festival visitors with their shows and interviews emphasizing Adana cuisine on the main stage.
