The menu will be prepared by Kirill Fionychev, chef of Hyatt Regency Moscow Petrovsky Park and Murat Serkan Yaman, chef of Grand Hyatt Istanbul.
Located in Taksim, one of the most important living centers of Istanbul, 34 restaurants bring Russian lovers together during Russian Food Week. Influenced by Chinese, Arab, Turkish and French cuisines, Russia is known to be one of the richest cuisines that have brought this diversity to its cuisine. The menu will be served as dinner at A’la Carte between 18-21 September and as Russian Brunch on 22 September Sunday. Every evening from breakfast to dinner, there will be other flavors of Russian cuisine, which is dominated by seafood.
